Is Mark of the Unbroken not the medal you get for getting at least 10 kills and no deaths in the crucible?
If you died once you won't get the medal.

It is, but the stats of the game says my K/D was 22 to 0. If the death was accounted for then the score should have read 21 to 1.
-
What? No, your KD was 22 you said. It's a ratio. 22:1 Meaning 22 kills, 1 death.
-
The KD is 22, but if I died once it should have been 21. That death should have taken away one off the KD yet it didn't.
-
No, that's not how a ratio works. Your kill to death ratio is how many kills you had divided by how many deaths you had. 22 kills divided by 1 death is 22. Which is a ratio of 22(kills) to 1(death). You're thinking of kill to death spread. Your kill to death spread is the difference between your kills and deaths. Your KD spread would be +21 since you have 22 kills and 1 death.
-
Gonna point this out but that didn't seem to be the case when running a few POE's with no deaths and the KD was the same as the kill count. Still, find it hard to believe that the death counted after the match ended, which is completely stupid.
-
That's because you can't divide by zero.

Even if you can't, I know what I saw and I'm calling bull.
