Final Round
I think that the final round perk is overpowered and should either be removed from weapons and replace with luck in the chamber or but back into the system.

So that means tweaking all weapons, including Thorn that has a preset Final Round perk. NO! That would be too much work and would be meaningless to tweak an exotic and whatever else because you wanted to whine about it. How about play the -blam!-ING GAME as you should and don't be an asshole to use Final round.
