Can someone lease explain to me how this is done? Not that I want to do it, but it just does not make sense to me. Do they have some sort of device that limits their connection speed? Perhaps the kid just has a bad connection?
I looked at the video and I must say I did not see anything that egregious. It not like destiny doesn't glitch all on its at times. You are just making assumptions.

No assumptions, he lags and takes not damage, kills me and randomly appears by his teammate who he then revives,THEN the lag stops. This is not a mere lag incident, plus when lag happens u can usually grind through it

I stand corrected! Did not realize it was that easy to do. Must say though, not sure what you can really do about it? No easy easy to differentiate between cheaters and those who do just have bad connections.

They can start by console bans, then deleting and banning those accounts. they could reach out to the ISP's and request blocks. but its a lot of legwork. So they just let most of it slide. it sucks being stabbed repeatedly by the unicorn. And bungie doesnt have my back, they just have my money. And they will take it and run...AGAIN.
