[BUNGIE] Focused Light consumable from the Red Bull Quest is now available [UPDATED 8/24/2015]
[b][UPDATE]: Please Note: We were aware of an issue where the Focused Light consumable failed to appear at the Postmaster for Red Bull Quest codes redeemed between 8/11/2015 - 8/18/2015. No codes redeemed during this this time were lost All Focused Light redeemed while this issue was being investigated were sent to the Postmaster on 8/18/2015.[/b]
Hey everyone,
The Focused Light consumable is now available to be sent to your Postmaster!
If you have previously redeemed a Red Bull Quest code, you will need to manually activate your Focused Light from the [url=http://www.bungie.net/redeemedcodes]Redeemed Codes page[/url].
Please note: You should not have to manually activate your Focused Light consumables on bungie.net after 7/1/2015. Focused Light should be automatically added to your account, once you have successfully activated your new Red Bull Quest code. If the Focused Light does not appear at the Postmaster, please log out of Destiny and log back in.
Additionally, no more than 100 codes can redeemed on a single Bungie.net account.
During the redemption process, if you receive an error with either of the provided codes, please contact Red Bull customer support:

I entered a code online and it said it worked. I never got my quest or my focused light! Other people are having this same problem too!

1 ReplyPut in two codes, one from a can and one from the 4-pack. It says my focused lights have been delivered but the postmaster has nothing. I've logged in and out multiple times and even reset my PS4 multiple times. Please FIX!!

1 ReplySo I redeemed about 20 codes at once, but have not received any. Under the code redemption section of my account, it says that I have 7 waiting for me at the postmaster, and yet there is nothing. What can I do about receiving the codes?

Now they don't show up in my codes or at postmaster what gives? There is also no option to manually send them to the postmaster. My first 2 codes entered last week now aren't in the codes section, and i still haven't received a thing. Get your !@#$ together this is ridiculous. Edit: I am experiencing this issue on Ps4 (don't play on other consoles so i can't confirm if it is only happening on my ps4) Edit: Nearly a week later and still no focused light in inventory or post master. Starting to look like my 10+ codes for focused light are lost in the void.

They all they have been redeemed and say I can receive them at the postmaster. I am suppose to have some shaders and some banners and three focused lights. NOTHING IS SHOWING UP AT THE POSTMASTER. I am not the only one. Look at all the comments below me. Obviously this is a problem but it is a problem that still has not been fixed. Fix it already. This is ridiculous. Seems like a scam to me. I purchased 3 red bulls already for nothing.

Every code was legit and purchased by me, they were all entered correctly, I have confirmation on the codes section of my profile telling me to go to the Postmaster, shader kiosk etc. PLEASE FIX THIS ALREADY. Im not one to complain but holy crap what is the dill pickle. Will others please give some of the emblem codes a try to see if the issue is with the site not connecting to the game servers thus not delivering packages? Logging out and logging back in as well as totally turning the ps4 on and off have done nothing. I have read some about updating my psn credentials here, any more info on that? example code: Oracle 99 RXC-9XJ-4MH
