[BUNGIE] Focused Light consumable from the Red Bull Quest is now available [UPDATED 8/24/2015]
[b][UPDATE]: Please Note: We were aware of an issue where the Focused Light consumable failed to appear at the Postmaster for Red Bull Quest codes redeemed between 8/11/2015 - 8/18/2015. No codes redeemed during this this time were lost All Focused Light redeemed while this issue was being investigated were sent to the Postmaster on 8/18/2015.[/b]
Hey everyone,
The Focused Light consumable is now available to be sent to your Postmaster!
If you have previously redeemed a Red Bull Quest code, you will need to manually activate your Focused Light from the [url=http://www.bungie.net/redeemedcodes]Redeemed Codes page[/url].
Please note: You should not have to manually activate your Focused Light consumables on bungie.net after 7/1/2015. Focused Light should be automatically added to your account, once you have successfully activated your new Red Bull Quest code. If the Focused Light does not appear at the Postmaster, please log out of Destiny and log back in.
Additionally, no more than 100 codes can redeemed on a single Bungie.net account.
During the redemption process, if you receive an error with either of the provided codes, please contact Red Bull customer support:

3 RepliesI recently upgraded my digital destiny addition to a physical legendary edition (disc) and it made me delete my digital edition in order to use the disc. I've redeemed the code for TTK so what will happen if I re-download my digital edition? Will I still have TTK?

ok I am posting this so someone could help my guild leader is wanting to quite but needs to pass the reign's (so I can stop calling him to add and remove people and promote and demote people) he cannot find a way via the site so I have to ask is there a way or is he just out of luck.

3 RepliesI'm pretty sure I figured it out. I don't think it is every ones problem but this was mine. I kept redeeming so many things and couldn't get ANYTHING to go to the post master. I finally logged on to my 360 and there it was all of it was in my 360 Post Master but not Xbox one I don't get it. Might be the case with everyone else also.

8 RepliesMake sure that you claim the code at http://quest.redbull.com/us/en/claim then you'll get forwarded to the bungie.net site to complete the transaction. I think a lot of people are seeing (on the bungie.net site) where it says 'code entered successfully' and then not selecting the next item under that of 'confirm console'. You will get nothing unless you select the 'confirm console' section. I have processed many with no issues. Please be sure to go through the process until it says 'Your All Set" I believe the process should be laid out differently because a lot of people are getting upset due to a format of confirmation after confirmation. It should be set up as one section a consumer completes and then click one time.

I redeemed a code today (9/25) and yesterday (9/24) it said the postmaster would have them and I have not received anything.

Redeemed a number of Red Bull codes, some spanning from a couple weeks ago. I'm lucky they even got accepted with all the code generating that's going on. Even then, I have yet to receive a SINGLE Focused Light. I'm speaking less as a player and more as a consumer. If you're not going to address the problem on an individual basis, at the very least provide us with more FREQUENT updates to let us know just what the status is on our content. We deserve answers and, more importantly, we deserve our Focused Light.

I have also redeemed a few codes and it says to pick up at the post master andddd nothing is at post master this is bs and we will never get them I bet they are just going to ignore this problem and not do anything about it at all. I'm never purchasing a red bull again that's for sure I'll get another energy drink just because of this...

I've tried to claim multiple codes over the past week and I confirm the claim get the your all set message and not a D@%m thing has been delivered to the post master WTF is going on!!!

Hi I'm only new here and have claimed 15 red bull codes and received nothing as of yet, also reading through all the bugs and issues it seems this game is falling apart while bungie fail to address anything. Feels like I've wasted money while being cheated at the same time.

Hey when I play on my warlock and I can't earn any Legendary engrams on heroic strikes and also my other guardians too -
I put in a code 10 minutes ago and I still haven't received a -blam!-ing item. I refuse to ever buy another god damn red bull. Second one still didn't work!

1 ReplySeriously, this promotion is completely FUBAR. The issues with some of my codes being "already activated on another account" are bad enough. (Code algorithm too easily duplicated/hacked it seems.) Red Bull replaced one of those codes when I submitted a pic of the can, and I actually got that Focused Light around 8/29, along with three other FL's from successfully submitted codes. But Red Bull gave me a Bungie code to replace yet another "already used" Red Bull code, and the [i]replacement[/i] code had already been used as well! Plus, I haven't seen another 4 or 5 FL yet from some other codes I submitted over three weeks ago. Seriously, once I drink my last two and submit those codes (in vain no doubt) I plan to never buy another Red Bull again. I'll never be lured in by another Bungie pre-order either thanks to them sticking it to everyone with the misleading SUROS (useless green ) weapons pack promotion. Bungie, you need to fix your junk, give everyone a huge apology, and compensate everyone in some way. Except you don't know who all specifically had what problem with which promotions or code(s), because you have NO WAY TO ACTUALLY SUBMIT AN INDIVIDUAL HELP TICKET FOR DESTINY. Even Activision's help page about the Red Bull quest just leads to an ultimately useless and circular FAQ. I imagine you people are making enough money now to actually start handling things a little better now, so you better improve and fast. -- TLDR summary: Bungie you stink.

Still haven't received codes I entered on 9/15/15. Redbull and Bungie websites both confirmed them to be good to go... Nothing at the postmaster.
