[BUNGIE] Focused Light consumable from the Red Bull Quest is now available [UPDATED 8/24/2015]
[b][UPDATE]: Please Note: We were aware of an issue where the Focused Light consumable failed to appear at the Postmaster for Red Bull Quest codes redeemed between 8/11/2015 - 8/18/2015. No codes redeemed during this this time were lost All Focused Light redeemed while this issue was being investigated were sent to the Postmaster on 8/18/2015.[/b]
Hey everyone,
The Focused Light consumable is now available to be sent to your Postmaster!
If you have previously redeemed a Red Bull Quest code, you will need to manually activate your Focused Light from the [url=http://www.bungie.net/redeemedcodes]Redeemed Codes page[/url].
Please note: You should not have to manually activate your Focused Light consumables on bungie.net after 7/1/2015. Focused Light should be automatically added to your account, once you have successfully activated your new Red Bull Quest code. If the Focused Light does not appear at the Postmaster, please log out of Destiny and log back in.
Additionally, no more than 100 codes can redeemed on a single Bungie.net account.
During the redemption process, if you receive an error with either of the provided codes, please contact Red Bull customer support:

Yeah... I don't even like red bull but seeing as one of the ways, I read online, to fix the problem. Where the "complete mission" icon persists over the tower. Was to do the red bull mission. Which obviously is an OCD issue on my part. Unfortunately, just like everyone else on this post is saying. My codes don't work or rather on my account on bungie. They have been entered correctly without change to my game on Destiny.

3 RepliesI contacted Redbull after the codes were not showing up at my Postmaster and they replied the same night giving me codes to use on the Bungie website that they said would work. After entering the six codes on the Bungie site, I still haven't received anything from my Postmaster. It has been well over 48 hours and still nothing. There isn't even a location on this site to contact Bungie for my issue so I guees I have to hope that they read it here. I have the e-mail saved from Redbull and if you need more proof it says I activated the code on my profile. Please respond to this Bungie because your promotion is starting to feel like a sham.

3 RepliesI redeemed two codes separately last night, neither have shown up. I put in one code, confirmed, logged into Destiny and found nothing. Went back online, put in another, confirmed, restarted destiny, logged in, still nothing. Waited until today to see if they would appear with some time. Still nothing. Help?

me and my fire team were doing the mission for the black spindle and we completed it with 1 second and it ended before the mission ended and we did not get the black spindle my gamer tag is the same as above

I really need to talk to someone from bungie. I have all the downloads for the game and can't play the taken king. I have contacted playstation network and they say it is a issue with bungie and to contact you. Please reply cause it's ridiculous to pay that much and not be able to play

I have been searching Destiny from corner to corner and have done every Gunsmith Test Weapon yet still today I have not reached rank 4 but my friends have and they are not even trying to find the Simulant and dont even know what it is. So today I kept an open eye to find out why this has happened. I noticed that when I turned in my first test weapon for this week I received no XP increase towards my Gunsmith but the rest of my test weapons gave XP. I believe that leveling up the gunsmith is key into finding the Sleeper Simulant and would bring me closer to my goal in finding the Sleeper Simulant. I am now heart broken to see that Destiny is not working right for me. My original hunt was for the Vex Mythlocast during VOG. I played 200+ raids and didn't receive one until the Wolves DLC dropped. But by that time the weapon was useless. I even tried for the Chaperon exotic shotgun but sadly this game messed me up with that too. I went 19-2 while the Last Word was equipped only to find that it gave me no favor with Tex. But when I play the matches without it equipped but equip it seconds before the match ends they give me 4% favor?! I am asking Bungie please fix this problem that I am having with XP gains and I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you

2 RepliesRed Bull codes are not appearing in my postmaster. I have contact both Sony/PSN and Red Bull, but have not been able to receive Focused Light at my Postmaster. My PSN account is newly created (last week). Other promotional codes are not showing up either (such as code for Star Antigen--not available at either Postmaster or kiosk; or Oracle 99 shader--also not at Postmaster or kiosk). [b]Why aren't items being delivered? Anyone else missing items on a newly created PSN ID?[/b]

I put in 4 codes and my Quest and Focused light have yet to show up. Its been 24 hours already.

I have managed to redeem about 20 of themso far but have 40 tabs sitting at home that i have bought and paid for that will not work because they were already redeemed. Red bull wont reimburse me new codes because i dont have the cans they came off of. I drink them at work and take the tab off and bring them home. This was one of the worse thought out promotions. Red bull and bungie made it so easy to hack that 9 year olds are doing it. They really should care more about there customers. I purchase no less than 30 12oz cans a week and they could care less.

2 RepliesI have redeemed two codes one on the 24th and another on the 25th I play on both the Xbox and PlayStation and haven't gotten it sent to either account! I had choose for it to be sent to the PlayStation

I put in 5 or 6 codes are ready and not one has ended up in the postmaster I just put one more in hoping the problem was fixed but still nothing fix this problem please!

I am having the same problems I have received from co-workers said everything ready to go linked to my account so forth and I get nothing from postmaster or quest. The suros pack/class specific exotic pretty much a joke. This is an EPIC failure on Bungie's part to try and support a game they say 10+ years. Don't get me wrong I love the game just a disappointment.

Edited by I DuhUKno I: 9/29/2015 6:36:11 AMAll this technology and they can't get a code to work, people hack without buying redbull to get free codes yet I spend money to get codes legit and they don't work what does that tell you about society, "It's okay to hack and steal codes", last time i ever buy Redbull and I'll make sure to pass it on to all friends and family to not buy redbull. 4 codes nothing worked says they were sent to my post master. All a waste of money. Got to pass it on to all social media.

I also did not get the Focused Light that was promised from my 4-pack code. been about 8 hours, relogged several times, still nothing.
