Easily. The buff is real.

Ohh yea! The buffs are much stronger. I usually start on Saturdays and by Monday I have two characters at rank 5.

Oh yeah. Just do all 5 bounties every day and buy the rep buff and you'll be good. Just a LOT of grinding.

Yep. The tempering buff gives huge xp bonus as you approach the reset
