I would try and roll Intellect and Dicipline.
With a Titan you want grenades and supers. Their melee has no range and shoulder charge doesn't need strength.

Actually my favorite Defender titan PvE build is 100% INT and STR cooldown. Force barrier is amazing, you can have it 75% charged once you finish making orbs from the first one. It's equipped now if you want to see. I don't like Strength on any PvP build expect my Sunsinger Warlock (DIS>STR>INT).
