Coming from someone who DOESN'T have it, I say no. It takes the magic away from actually earning it. I mean, everyone knows where to farm for it. It's a pain in the ass, to be sure. But you know what? When you finally get it, you feel like you actually accomplished something. That all the times you screamed at your tv in anger and threw your controller in a tantrum fit for a toddler, you finally got one of the best exotics you could ever hope for.
So, no... I say those of us who haven't rightfully earned it shouldn't be given special privilege to buy one. So stuff it, n00bs!

RNG isnt earning a drop in my eyes.ive clocked up 1500hours between psr and xbox and havent had one gally and have done more than enough to earn it.

So, what would you want? "Oh, we see you've spent most of this year playing this game. We'll just give it to you through the Postmaster" ? Because I doubt you'd be "that guy" and say, "Xur needs to sell it"
