No matchmaking, It's a bad idea. Just think about it from bungie's end. If you get into your first raid with a group of under leveled people and 2-3 don't have mics, then you spend 4 hours trying to beat it with people constantly leaving and then new players being inserted. You will likely not want to raid again. If people stop doing end game content, they will most likely leave, and bungie loses money + the community loses players. If you take the time and set your own group up, you are a lot more likely to have a positive experience and continue playing endgame activities. I do think an in game LFG would be nice. My idea is a new social area. Or an addition to the tower. You go to different areas of the tower (each activity would be in a different area) and you can either put in your LFG or LFM filters. Say I am looking for 2 people for nightfall, I go to the area where nightfall LFG is set up. Put in that I want a minimum level of 32 and must have mic. Then it will show me all of the other people LFG that meet those requirements. You can then examine their setup and invite them if you like what you see. Easy as that.
