How do make your voice sound like master chief in MasterChief suck at halo?

no dude its on vista too, go to control panel type in "speech" in the search bar, then its txt to speech.

Only works if you have Windows XP. Start- Control Panel- Speech- Select Microsoft Sam There ya go!

Download Dspeech, you can change speed, pitch, male, female, female-ish male. you can record... its easy and fun, but you need to download it
