It's my favorite legendary pvp HC so far. Amazing impact, especially with the Luck in the Chamber round (127 damage headshot). ROF and Reload kinda suck, so you gotta make your shots count. Mine has smallbore which reduces the mag size to 5 therefor increasing the chance of that lucky round to 20% instead of 14%. I'm trying to roll my second Ill Will with Final Round, Smallbore, and Luck in the Chamber.

You're right, it is 6. Idk why i was thinking 5. I just checked mine. So it's a 16.5% chance per bullet.
