Not official. I won't risk with an app I don't know who is behind. I'd use only an app provided by Bungie itself.

Neither Bungie nor Tower Ghost for Destiny, access your account directly. Don't take my word for it; feel free to do your own research. Alternatively, you can enjoy your wait for Bungie to support Windows phones...
