I think the problem is that people are reading this with their own inner voice, one that is, by default, aggravated and prideful of the self-entitlement that's been running rampant across these forums.
I had a feeling that this was, as always, blown out of proportion. Smith seems like a nice guy, and, when you're reading things off the internet, you, or we tend to read with a monotone, do we not? That leaves little room for emotions / emphasis to be shown outside of caps, italics, exclamation points or whatever else it may be, without describing the person's actual behavior being presented [at that time].

This is excellent.

Well said. It would be nice to be able to listen to the audio log of it.

An audio log would be nice, but the (or, an) actual video interview would serve the most justice. That way we can see facial patterns, reactions, and so we can separate the logical conclusions from the deluded.

Well said, glad someone on here has some common sense (something lacking around here) People are too quick to start the witch hunt

So when we guess at other's intentions, we often reveal our own?

Pretty much, basic psychology.

Yup so the ones that feel to take simple questions like for example , why not offer the package deal for the dlc with different type of emotes? Little simple questions. It gets turned into being whining or apparently self entitled. But from one who calls others that from that must read it in their own emotional feelings at the time. <3
