It's not spelt out how Cortana was transported to the Pillar of Autumn (is it?) So perhaps one of the missions is to deliver Cortana from Dr Hasley's ONI office through enemy lines to the waiting Pillar of Autmn; this would allow for a nice sign off to Cortana. Thoughts?
