Umm no, as you can see Bungie took the traditional route with classes as we have The Knight(Titan), The Rouge(Hunter), and The Mage(Warlock). A 4th class is highly unlikely.

Yeah I guess they didn't leave too much wiggle room. And they way they've been going with their "new race" if they made another class it would probably be some lame combination of the existing ones...
