Hey guardians, Lately when I've been playing (I've noticed it after HoW dropped), I'll just be playing like I normally do in a spot where killing enemies grants experience. Usually, when you gain enough experience, you'll get a notification that states "Upgrade Unlocked" and it'll show you a picture of the relevant item. Lately though, I'll go in to upgrade that item, but the next perk isn't actually unlocked yet. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Thanks guys, interested to hear about this from others.
