Ill Will Replaces Hawkmoon ?
I re-rolled my Ill Will because my aunt convinced me it was good. Doubted that, but I got some good perks! I got 3 stability perks. Not 1. Not 2. But 3...Despite the Hawk having bonus damage, it isn't exactly stable, and the Will has considerable more impact, is it the best replace for the Hawkmoom?
