I think there's plenty room for armor. Could hold 9 sets just on the character itself. Since they don't share armor there's less need to pass it around. Weapons and items are shared more between characters. Holding it is one thing but needing the room to move it about is another. Shuffling couple items at a time to switch things around becomes oh so time consuming.

No one gets the perfect rolls they need to balance a build right away. Especially with the heavy strength rolls being sold for Poe. If it all wasn't rng id have an easier time but for example I have to hold onto 3 different hand cannon reload arms because I don't have the chest piece stat balance yet to delete two, but if I delete now it could easily be the next one dropped or sold that would have matched with it. Basically I see it as we have: 1)vog 2)crota 3)poe-multiple builds for different races 4)trials 5)handscannon 6)pulse 7)auto 8)scout 9)exotic 10) iron banner Some are mutually exclusive but with this system you need to collect a lot more before you can narrow down or just end up like poe gear now with over 400 strength and nothing else
