2) I've got Hip-Fire and Kneepads
3) Not yet
4) Have not used it yet. Was thinking about re-rolling first. Hip-Fire may be useful, as I tend not to aim as often with fusion rifles. But Kneepads, lol? Got to be some better perks out there

Well, depending on your playstyle (and whither you prefer PvE to PvP) the perks: Rangefinder and Army of One are pretty good perks.
