For me, backwards compatability and controller customization doesn't matter. Sony has more exclusives I want to play. To each their own. I personally dont care how the public is going to view their PR stunts or agendas that don't affect me, and certainly won't use them to try to justify who "won" E3.

Controller customisation is huge for a competitive gamer. Dedicated cloud servers on halo 5. I enjoy multiplayer online games, sony won't support their exclusive MP games with dedicated servers. I'll still be keeping my PS4 for single player games. Microsoft are years ahead of sony when it comes to online infrastructure.

I consider myself pretty competitive but I've never worried about customizing my controller for an edge. Maybe because I've been playing for so long the idea of it seems silly to me. If the ps4 controller had customization I may use it, but it's definitely not something I'm dying to have. Personally, I don't care for Halo and online multiplayer isn't really my thing unless it's cooperative play. As I've said to many others though, to each their own. I'm glad I have a ps4 after E3.

Cool, the majority enjoyed the sony conference.

I enjoyed some of the Xbox conference. Didn't really care for the Hololens or "elite" controller portions, but Tomb Raiders looked cool.

I read about that elite xb1 controller a good few weeks ago, thought sony had something similar up their sleeve. Competition is good for all gamers though, sony will need to up their game next year IMO.

Yeah, I'd read about it too. I'm not trying to sound fanboyish, but I really didn't see a lot at MS press conference that made me wish I had an XB1 to play their exclusives on. Not that Sony had much more going for them, but that Horizon game and the Last Guardian really did it for me. Ubisoft and Bethesda are the real winners if you ask me.
