Dead Orbit Shaders
Well it looks like you have to be in the high 20s and 30s.. I got Revenant at 28 and I just now got The Hanged Man at 34. Its crazy you have to be this high. All faction Shaders should be made availabe to purchase at rank 10 and be like 100 marks. Seems fair right?

Bitter steel at 23 revenant at 29 and the nowhere at 33. Still no hanged man

Forgot the exact rank I hit on my hunter when I got Bittersteel, but it was in the high 20s, low 30s (currently rank 39). My titan had Bittersteel drop when I hit rank 6. Shaders and the ships are completely random. Some people will get them at higher ranks, some at lower ranks. It's all up to RNG.

2 RepliesThat would just take away the worth of all of the grinding you have to do for them. They would just be another gilgamesh, or cicero that you dismantle as a casual glance. I prefer it they way it is. I mean I finished getting everything from dead orbit at around level 80 between all of my characters.

I got hanged man at rank 13, I was pumped the other day to get another shader at rank 23, until I saw it was another hanged man....
