Honestly, I usually scoff at any of these nerf/buff, op, whatever posts, but last week I took my Hunter into the crucible for the first time... And now, I think, for PVP, it is totally OP. I mean, you're virtually indestructible while you can literally instakill everyone in the room. I did exactly that on several occasions - go to B when there's a crowd, pop the super and ZIP, ZAP, ZAM, SCHWING! Everyone's dead. It's pretty epic and fun to use, but kinda ridiculous, IMO. All the other offensive supers require timing and aim - Nova Bomb and Fist of Havoc you can easily waste and get 0 kills if you don't time and aim it just right. With Arc Blade, you just have to make sure there are some enemies in the vicinity and with very little skill, they're all doomed. Like I said, I'm definitely not one to ever cry OP or NERF, but Arc Blade is easy mode supreme.
