So here's my counter-Gjallarhorn rocket launcher. It will be called "King Topper" and will be exist as follows. It is max velocity, low blast radius. Medium stability. Very high rate of fire. First Perk- Tripod Middle Column- Flared Magwell(or the rocket equivalent), a perk to increase stability, and the perk that increases blast radius(the name escapes me) Exotic Perk- King Topper. Weapon gains an additional rocket and fires in full auto mode. The gun does arc damage. Description-"For so long we have been oppressed. Finally, a champion has come to free us." The goal of this is to counter Gjallarhorn's dominance, and provide an exotic arc launcher that is different than any other rocket in the game. Summary- A high velocity low blast radius arc damage rocket that has four rounds and fires in full-auto mode. What do you guys think? Too good, too bad? Could it replace Gjallarhorn, or at least challenge it?
