Lol all the dlc campaign areas are the same exact places as the open world they just flip the map. With exception to Rasputin. Dlc done in 2 hrs. Sill nothing on the traveler. Yawn

Edited by Shadow: 6/9/2015 12:40:29 PMAnd so did your comment. Are you a butthurt desticle who can't accept every DLC area was available before they had been released?
-
They had it on the disk so they wouldn't run out of space while creating it and to make updates a lot faster
-
How exactly?
-
Because it wasn't cut content? Do you honestly believe that House of Wolves and The Dark Below were finished prior to September? Some concepts and ideas that were introduced in those expansions weren't even thought of in September.
-
All they did was polish the expansions after September. Most of the DLC areas were already accessible before the "expansions" were released.
-
But not done. You have to consider voice acting, writing, animations, trailers, gameplay, glitches, enemies, weapons, armor, and a hundred other things. Developing video games takes time, and the guys who complained about the Destiny DLC being "done" before launch are idiotic. Besides, no one forced you to buy the DLC.

I guess so, but the ideas themselves were ready for far before then. If you look at some old Destiny ViDocs, you can see that the reef and the crucible map "Timekeeper" were present already. Probably more than just that, to.
-
Have you noticed how small those so called Expansions are? 9.5 mb? If you didn't know those “new” areas were accessible even in the beta.
-
But having it on the map while it's not finished doesn't make it cut content
-
Plus, if you've been following Destiny since the first few trailers from 2013's E3. There's footage shown of the Disk locked content.
-
-
Did I mention these areas were also full of enemies already? You could fight the boss from a House of Wolves strike I believe from the beginning.
-
The "DLC/Expansions" were already finished and on the disk. Dark Below and House of Wolves were all locked behind a 'paywall'. All anyone bought with their £20 was just a code that got rid of the paywall. Sucks I know :/
