Halo 3 Vertical Split-Screen?
Is there any possible way to split your screen vertically during co-op (playing on the same xbox).

Whether you like it or not, horizontal is better. Your F.O.V. (field of view) needs to be wider more than it needs to be taller. Most combat in this game happens on a horizontal plane, thus a horizontal split screen is superior.

No, which does suck if you prefer the vertical split.
