I'm not sure if you're just lazy as hell, but I'd rather not take advice from someone that can't seem to spell anything correctly or use proper grammar. I know what I'm doing. My whole team knows what they're doing. We know how to play the game, and we're pretty damn good at it. It's just that you don't do much damage unless you have a titan. I'm saying the issue is that just having one Titan makes it 10x easier, and that makes it pretty unfair for a group that just doesn't happen to have a Titan. A group can cheese Skolas within a minute if they have a Titan with weapons of light. If they have a Titan with weapons of light and another Titan with blessing of light, they have even more of an advantage. But if the team DOESN'T have a Titan, then it takes around 20-30 minutes. The team has to deal with the taint, mines, adds, etc. Titan in the group though? All they have to do is drop Skolas within a minute and they're done.

It's not cheesing you idiot your just using a ability that the game gives you what do you want Bungie to take out all guns in the game next?

Edited by Wuss: 6/9/2015 5:12:17 AMWhat he's saying is, Titans make a huge difference when you're versing Skolas. Sure it's not impossible, but it takes a helluva lot longer and is more difficult without one.

He says they cheese though and I understand that it takes longer but it's not cheesing it in any way whatsoever

I know what you're saying. But with titan it "seems" like a cheese compared to not having one for this fight. It was a bitch doing this without a titan at first haha

Wtf 20-30 mins on skolas? It took my team like 5-10mins first try no titan. All we did was use snipers.

One minute with void burn isn't that easy, solar yes but void will take some time. If you really need a titan maybe make one yourself, if you don't want a titan you'll have to sacrifice a friend for an easy, unskilled win.

I've seen plenty of one minute (or less) Void kills on Skolas. And I'm saying the problem is that we almost NEED to make a titan or sacrifice a friend to get a titan in. We shouldn't have to do that. Bungie is limiting people to specific classes for specific things. Because if you want to play as a Hunter, you almost can't if you want to do Skolas. The issue is that the game shouldn't work like that. There should be a way with any different combination of classes, and there should be pros and cons for each combination. The thing is, there's pros for a Titan in a group, but only cons if you don't have a Titan. I get that I could just kick a friend out, or create a titan and grind that until I hit 20 and grab some armor to hit 34, but I shouldn't NEED to. That's the problem with this game. They constantly screw up with not catching cheeses for bosses. And let's not get started on all of the other issues with this game.
