If anything Arc Blade is perfectly balanced. Hunters supers are undoubtebly the hardest supers to use (including Radiance for Warlocks as well) because it isn't entirely an automatic thing. Golden gun, you have to take aim, and pray to god you don't miss. Blade Dancer, it's balls to the walls. 90% of the time, the blade dancer will take enough damage to die during, or after his super is gone. Radiance......well, you throw flaming grenades and you have a flame shield, so i'd put that in as well as ahard to use super. Now, fist of havoc, nova bomb, and titan bubble.....you do pretty much nothing but flying a few feet in the air for, and then everything's dead, most of the time.
