Considering I get one-shot by every shotgun whenever I blade dance, but have to shotgun and melee to kill others I'd say arc blade is actually pretty weak. If I'm not a hunter I just save my nova bomb or fist of havoc for arcblade. If arcblade were a bit stronger I'd say they were all fairly balanced besides the ward of dawn.
