Do the moderators ever talk?
Do the moderators ever talk in the posts or do they just block and ban ppl?

The Moderators at the GW site keep records of everything each member's account has except their password which they don't keep record of. They know all member's URL servise providers, IP addresses, E-mail (They look up all that persons allis's with E-mail accounts) and are willing to not just ban for life but contact service providers to locate the wereabouts the person lives to take legal action if required and the circemstances demand it. ;)

If you create it they, will come. You just gotta have a good topic, one that spars their interst. Most of them dont like to talk about halo because thats all they see all day long. So yeah, there not mutes, well even if they were they can still type.
