Last Word tends to jam shoots a couple bullets or shoots any amount of bullets then stops shooting like the hammer in the pistol wont shoot, I have to switch to l1 and r1 for the last word to shoot properly, it also shoots slower than it usually shoots like fan fire perk is not working. Fix the sprint bug to were your character stop sprinting or cant sprint in general, I think these bugs were introduced in the previous patch.
