Twice now I've had gear that told me was ready to be upgraded then turned out to not be true. First was an exotic helmet, second was a legendary rocket launcher. Not a major bug, but a bit of an annoyance nonetheless. Anyone else get this? *Edit* so it happens literally again right after I posted this making that the third time. This time on a legendary chest armor. This only seems to be happening to HoW gear. **Edit** make that fourth. Literally just happened again.
