I found a fireteam in Osiris who not only Booted me offline, they crashed my modem and I now have to pay 80$ to replace said modem. I can provide pictures of the broken modem if needed.

So i did trials for a couple days, and we were losing bad. So my friend (who shall not be named) told me about this. I did not realise it was against the rules and was wandering how long my gear will be frozen

When you report a cheater it does not result in cheater being banned! Instead the dev team investigates the data they receive from instance of report and look for the code result of HOW the person cheated. They then write a firewall type code (sort of but best explanation) that prohibits use of the CODE that allowed the cheater to cheat. Once that is done every blocked cheat is recorded and Destiny Devs can take action against repeat offenders. Thing is due to lag, there r jus as many false or mis identified reports of cheats as actual cheaters. Also lag is an unfair glitch but it is not a cheat as it does not change or contradict the games code, so lag will ALWAYS be a problem to some degree.

I have been reporting but it's been getting worse and worse today several of my matches our team that we were the only ones that were lagging and of course the other team win. Was disconnected several times as well from servers, while my sister who was on was experiencing no problems it's really a bad problem

So i was trying to inform you about assholes who were cheating and being rude and now im being warned by ninjas??? Is this seriously where forums and destiny is going? People trying to make this a more friendly place get warned or banned. This truly isnt fair whatsoever.

here is a link that i saw on destinythegame subreddit that was almost immediately taken down after many posts commenting the cheating players getting banned. The link shows a team of three (2 hunters) and a warlock it seems, that start off the match using a super, and continue throughout trials of osiris just squashing the other team that cant even fight back. Please bungie ban players like this, it makes the game completely one sided to those that dont cheat to win gear.. So just yesterday I played against a team in ToO, and they had two titans and ONE hunter. Yet somehow, the hunter was able to use golden gun THREE TIMES IN A ROW (once each match for three matches). They of course ended up winning. The Titans were a striker and a defender, so I'm pretty sure that it wasn't done normally. I can provide info. if needed like username. Also tell me if this is in fact possible so I don't run around like an idiot over the forums. Thx.
