I answered that "matchmaking is important, but not the only deciding factor, if it's worth the value yes".
That being said, it would have to have [b]alot[/b] of new PvE content that can be accessed alone (if it doesn't have matchmaking) for me to buy it. I already plan on waiting for it to drop and then waiting 2-4 weeks for reports to come in before I buy.

I think that's the opinion of the vast majority at this time. The waiting part at least. Bungie got us with their initial launch, they showed us why pre-ordering is actually a bad idea despite the incentives. Matchmaking would add so much perceived value to an expansion, without matchmaking the amount of content needed to justify the purchase goes way up. Especially if one of the bits of content is a raid. Thanks for your feedback.
