Solution to OP Thorn?
Annoying as hell tryna play Trails of Osiris and being matched against full teams of thorn users..shouldn't the damage on that damn weapon be reduced? Or rather the DoT? because that weapon is way too OP for Trails...and If anyone found a counter-measure to that bs of a weapon let me know. Thanks.

4 RepliesThorn is not OP. If anything, it needs a buff. The DOT is too short and weak. The range on the weapon is hardly anything. The magazine is too small and the iron sights suck. I want a scope on that thing.

2 RepliesLast word can easily out perform a thorn, or a vex, or a suros. I'm sorry but it's not the weapon it's the user. If you're repeatedly getting spanked by a particular gun then you need to work on your play style. Use the map to your advantage, don't play so aggressively, don't spend time in the open as much. I'm sorry but no weapon is op. A good player can wreck with any weapon, I watched triplewreck carry people in trials with a no land beyond. The player is the weapon, the gun is a tool. [spoiler] it's hard to admit though sometimes that someone is just plain better then us, easier to blame the gun.[/spoiler]

1 ReplyIm by no means a good crucible player, I play play battlefield, but to counter the thorn is simple, strafe and be accurate while moving. If you strafe and put a solid burst of a pulse rifle to the head you will come out on top nine times out of ten

Last word does more damage than Thorn. The second perk is bugged so it activates with ADS sometimes.

1 ReplyHere is the problem. Bungie needs guns for PvP it affects them it also affects them on PvE. If you want PvP to be "fair" then Bungie should have a list of guns to choose from before you start a match.
