Yes, I'm in favour of reforging armour! Make it cost 2 Motes of Light because of the odds of acquiring the perks you want are much higher than with reforging weapons.

Agreed, it wouldn't affect the economy of the game so much either, because you could then dismantle all those acquired legendaries with mismatched perks, pre-update, and get the Ascendant Shards to trade into the speaker for motes.
