The real problem with no land beyond
1). The ammo reserve is glitched, it needs to hole atleast 24 reserve with 6 in the mag, not 6 reserve 6 in the mag.
2). Need to do more damage to make up lack of fire rate, or a guaranteed flinch.

1 ammo 2 ROF 3 Impact 4... ADS(handling?) noo other sniper sways like that when aiming. All it needs is to compete with a basic sniper, being in the primary slot is exotic enough of it, but it has to hold a candle to other snipers, both in crucible and out. And its one perk is not working, [b]Primary Care[/b] [i]This Exotic Sniper Rifle [u]can[/u] be equipped in the primary weapon slot.[/i] I cannot equip NLB in my special slot, help help! HALP! (that doesn't bug me, except, WhyTH is that labeled? Vex and UR are not labelled.... simply because it is labeled,(and how its labeled) I believe it should be able to go in either, slot :p )
