I'll do my best to help! I have a list of suggestions here that you should try:
1. Close down the Destiny application and restart your console
2. Clear your cache: https://www.bungie.net/7_How-do-I-clear-the-cache-on-my-console/en/Help/Article/12539
3. Restore your licenses: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181
4. If none of the above work, try uninstalling/reinstalling Destiny

I did all of that, also uninstalled and reinstalled the game content, but the problem still there. Just to let you know that the game is an UK addition, DLC is from Canadian PSN store coz I live there. Does that have to do with my problem? I really appreciate helping me!!!
