Fill your consumable slot while farming you won't get any more synth drops and the important stuff like the keys go to the post master if your full or have one key in your consumables for them to stack.

I've found a way if people have a spare character slot. All you need to do is do the first mission on a new character and go to the tower afterwards, then go into the vault and take out all of the synths and put them in the inventory. Then just delete the character - job done !

Yeah that works but if you don't have a character that you can delete then that methods not useful
