That person is a douche but you should just let it go and think of it as a lesson learned the hard way.

That's the only thing I can do, cant believe that I fell for it, in my gut I was like nah this is to good to be true. Delta did say that they probably wouldn't do anything about it, so.... Lesson learned haha.
