Everyone needs to know this and as disclaimer, I didn't make these charts, just came across them. If you already know or use this then great.
Per request of omniseed...BREAK!
But many people are unfamiliar with the inner workings of their favorite weapons.
If you are a PvP player, Kill time an accuracy are essential. If you are a PvE player, Damage output is priority. Both are important in the long run and with Reforge, you can now create a perfect weapon without having to scour for Exotics.
Here are 2 guides I use to determine what I need for my weapons I use 90% of the time.
This spreadsheet will show an indepth cart on many of the weapons in the game. Keep in mind it is a work in progress so some of the things in it are obviously not in stone. CLICK HERE FOR PvP WEAPON STATS
And thanks Kenzor for this link. http://db.planetdestiny.com/items/weapons
BREAK!
I tend to look at Time to Kill Body instead of Crits since you are not guaranteed to have a head shot 100% of the time. So a fast kill to body is good. Also I look at Aim assist percentage. While you may not like Aim assist because you feel it's for the unskilled, it is in the game and you use it regardless. It can mean holding on to that string of crits leading to higher damage. So again, High is good. (Dat Mida at 90%) Also if you want a new Scout Rifle (For example) make sure to pay attention to the Rounds per Minute. If you are like me and like a gun with a specific fire rate, find yours and then find another you think is better in the list.
BREAK!
Lastly, Reforge Guide. This helpful Reddit post will help you determine what rolls are possible and what you are gunning for.
For example, if you want a Deadshot Luna with High Stability and Aim assist to help keep that insane rate of fire under check for a .93 second kill, then you will probably want to lean towards a Red dot-oes or Focus Lens FLA5 for it's Target Acquisition, Full auto so you don't have to Trigger Fan or Rodeo to keep it stable, Along side Braced Frame and Zen Moment for next to to recoil or Hidden hand so you don't even have to think about head shots because the gun does it for you. Hell, why not some Armor Piercing rounds for the extra bump in Impact.
Anyways, here it is CLICK HERE FOR REFORGE GUIDE
BREAK!
Happy forging. WIth the right stuff, your Legendary companion could be better than many of the exotics when it comes to performance, opening up slots for other things (Stuck on Suros but wanna use Gjallarhorn? Try using Her Right Hand with Focus Fire and Glass Half full and you just might like it.)

Can you add some paragraph breaks please?

Or you can use this Planet Destiny

Question, in the PVP stats the sniper rifles Subtle Nudge DN7 and 20/20 AMR7 are listed as amongst the highest TTK body shot snipers, apparently taking 2 body shots to kill in 0.4 seconds. However, their body shot damage is listed as 87, which should mean a 3-shot kill? Is this a mistake?
-
Are there still guns to be added? I have Her Courtesy and Wolves Bane but can't see them on there? Thanks.
-
Though I +1'd the topic, I do not agree with your whole "I tend to look at Time to Kill Body instead of Crits since you are not guaranteed to have a head shot 100% of the time" theory. It isn't hard to headshot, its actually so easy you should be basing stats of critical hits... that is, if you know how to play Destiny.

Edited by Malaske: 5/26/2015 1:43:12 PMCan someone explain these tables for me? All I see is a list of available perks. No weapons listed. Just a table with perks on it. Are there supposed to be weapons in the first column?

Edited by Barrierr-: 5/26/2015 2:51:26 AMThanks for this. Can we get something like this for pve? Edit: I'm looking for a gun to replace Fatebringer. It's getting a little tired but I can't seem to find anything that'll pull me away from it.
