here is a possible buff: considering auto rifles with hidden hand perk don't do to bad, instead of giving them a damage boost give them a target aqusition boost! If you can land all headshots even with a bullet hose you are bound to win gunfights, so this buff wouldn't make auto rifles op again, but would make them a viable option!
