Planet destiny I believe had someone from Iceland ( because the word is Icelandic not Norse) and Iceland still uses the old language everyday. He read and pronounced it properly. Its a word they use regularly. And I'll tell you gladly it sounds nothing like yallerhorn you teenage know it all. Saying Gatlahorn is actually a closer, correct pronunciation.

6 RepliesLet's clear this shit up once and for all! It's pronounced 'Gyat-lar-horn'. From the Icelandic guy in PlanetDestiny's podcast 5. With rolled R's too. Like Scottish R's. Hard for a lazy Yorkshire mouth to pronounce :) lol

Every time I say it something blows up so I can't hear it.

I pronounce it "No-one-cares". Found this to make the most sense.

That's not right either actually. I think it was the Planet Destiny podcast where they brought in an Icelandic guy that pronounced it Ghallartorn. I'm sure it's one of those things that can be pronounced differently based on the language used.

You mean galla-horny
