I have a question regarding AI that wasn't covered by Chris Opdahl. Did you solve the issue AI have with Rocket Launchers and Spartan Lasers from Halo 3? I couldn't tell you how many times a Marine in The Storm has gone and shot a Ghost with a rocket...when it was so close John could have kissed it (Not that MC would ever do such a thing :P). Or even firing at the wrong moment and hitting a fellow Mongoose. Well, I appreciated the ammo but that isn't the point. I actually got so frustrated once or twice that I went on a personal vendetta to rid the area of Marines and finish the Scarab encounter solo to prevent Friendly Fire Deaths. Then there's the Splazer. Marines can't seem to use the damn thing. Now that I understand there programming I can see some of their choices being different than mine but a Grunt with a Plasma Pistol? That's just cruel and unusual punishment. You got his confused friend crying over his death while never remembering if it was Flipyap or Yapflip. In a vehicle it's even worse. They'll charge their laser and then wven when they have the perfect shot, they let the charge die without even a reason. Sometimes I really needed that Ghost destroyed and needed an ODST to utilize his infinite ammo. Even a failed effort would be preferable here. At least I know they're trying. Anyway, I just hope Heavy Weapons won't be a problem for the Reach Military.
