B Line Trauma before HoW but not sure on which new ones have the rate of fire as MIDA. Might try Dead Orbit's. Rate of fire is equal, but need to reroll a stability perk.

Rate of fire is higher impact is lower compared to mida. The current vanguard scout is a 14-shot wannabe mida . Another option is a random cruscible drop called the NL shadow 701x That thing wrecks in both game modes!

I'll try and see if I get the PvP one. I did get One/One on a legendary engram today. Not as fast as MIDA, the hair trigger, but rolled it with rodeo, explosive rounds, and firefly.
