So, what did you think of the "Kell of Kells" mission (SPOILERS)?
The first time though, I haven't had a "OH CRAP!!!" moment in a video game like that since Fallout 3: I was leaving Raven Rock for the first time, I fell down a cliff, crippled both my legs and almost died, then I get this notification: You have discovered Deathclaw Sanctuary.
Me back then: "What? I have discovered [i]what?!?![/i]"
This time: "What? They're trying to tap into [i]what?!?![/i]" *Chime*
Well played, Bungie. Maybe not as beefy a storyline as I would have liked, but still some very cool moments.
Curious what non-Raiders thought of our "beloved" green boxes of party wipe? ;)

8 RepliesThought it was kinda lame and didnt really make sense. How can the fallen hope to steal the technology of the vex? The ishtar colective could barely understand anything about the vex, but these space pirates break out of jail and are like: i know, lets go assimilate vex tech. The fallen accomplished more in one day than the ishtar collective ever did.

1 ReplyThey should have just attached a wire to the Hive base and used that too. Seeing as taking over advanced tech is as simple as shoving a printer cable into the back. I was about as shocked by this "twist" as I was when I found out Dugger is a child molester.

And I was sadly wrong.[/spoiler] And i was so exited when they added the Oracles. Well done bungie i loved this DLC. Oh and who else got really exited when Petra said the assassins were at the outside of the cosmodrome? I love looking back and trying to remember what i was thinking back then. [spoiler]no? The story was as good as any we've had in destiny, but again, it could have been expanded way more. There's many missions of content to be had based around the idea of fallen getting their hands on vex tech, and us trying to get it back before they destroy us using it. Yet we get 5 minutes worth of mission based around that and then it's over. Just because this might be the best story destiny has offered so far, doesn't really make it good. I love destiny, but the story seriously needs work. The lore is there, the world they've created is amazing, but whoever is writing the story sucks in my opinion, there's way more they could do with it.

3 RepliesI thought it was very lazy, at least expand the vault like they expanded the area under the forgotten shore in the battle for Rasputin. These missions seemed more like content cut from the game than tdb & that is an actual fact.

I liked it much better then r Queens bounty. Seemed to end flat. On a side note, that is how I found the deathclaw sanctuary too!

I literally almost pissed when I saw Fallen coming out of Vex clouds!

I was like "holy crap this just got good" when enemies move on each other and you have to go [i]into a raid zone[/i] that was friggin epic.

I literally just finished saying "wouldn't it be cool if the oracles were part of this" when all of a sudden the started popping up. One was on the other side of my shotgun when it appeared and I panic fired. It was hilariously timed

During the oracle mission I was waiting for a high ranked captain to slowly walk out, looking absolutely undefeatable. But what he didn't know is that atheon was materializing behind him. In one motion of his arm. Atheon crushes the captain like a toothpick, then does his gun spin thing and begins to -blam!- the fallen up, -cue epic escape -
