[BUNGIE] Trials of Osiris & Prison of Elders Info
Greetings all -- We've seen reports of players expressing concerns with certain aspects of Trials of Osiris and the Prison of Elders. [b]If you're having issues or have any questions, please refer to the information below.[/b]

-[b][u]Trials of Osiris Emblem[/u][/b]: We are aware of emblems not making it to the Postmaster. Be sure to leave at least one emblem slot vacant. Thank you for your patience while we investigate. Note, you are eligible to earn this emblem again following the weekly reset.
-[u][b]Mercy of Osiris[/b][/u]: If Mercy of Osiris is purchased after you've already received a loss, the buff will be applied to your next loss. If Mercy is purchased after receiving your second loss, your next loss will be forgiven, but your Trials Passage will be marked as complete and need to be turned in for a new one. We are aware of this issue and currently investigating.
-[b][u]Prison of Elders Class Item[/u][/b]: This is awarded the first time you loot the large chest on any Challenge difficulty.
-[b][u]Prison of Elders Emblem + Shader[/u][/b]: One of these should be awarded each time you loot the large chest on the level 35 Challenge mode. This is on a weekly reset. You will be eligible for the other item the following week. We are aware of players not receiving these items and are currently investigating.

1 ReplyBungie... I know I was not always amazing at PvP but I can hold my own. I have beaten all raids, got all exotics (minus HoW) and put my hours in for Iron Banner. However this ToO 9-0 thing is too much. Now I don't mean the game type, I thing the 3v3 elimination is great. I think the feel of it all is great, but to exclude such a large portion of your fan base to open it up only to the elite is horrible in my eyes. So my suggestion.... 9-0 make it to the LightHouse and receive their Adept prizes right off the bat. For the rest of your community who aren't MLGs... Have them continue the fight and once making it to 18 wins you receive Adept rewards and access to the LightHouse. So, it may take others longer than the elite, but will still give the opportunity for all to achieve. It will also generate a larger number of players to the new game type. So 3 losses should not end your run. But 1 loss will have you working longer to the ultimate goal. Please take this into consideration, because at this moment you are splitting up your community where PvP elites are now giving the virtual finger to the rest of your community. While prior to ToO you had a community that was helping each other achieve a mutual goal of accomplishing raids and finding the secrets of VoG. Please bring the feeling of accomplishment back to all of your community, and not just the upper 5%

Um... I have done a ton of PoE and never gotten the class item for my titan or warlock, also for the hunter I got 2 from 1 chest.

So I have messaged and contacted and tweeted you bungie does anybody work thete or?Pretty simple question prolly simple answer why am I not getting my tumbler even tho I bought dlc early yes I could earn it on Raid but trying find ppl to do it and stay when things dont happen first go its just easier and I already should have damn thing anyways if u send it to me via in game thru post office on Destiny please facebook me or tweet or email asap customer support is big with me if I cant atleast get answer back then I will stop buying anything to do with bungie. Yeah you owe me a trip to the lighthouse. I was 5-0 and I got an error code (Thanks to the terrible servers) and I already had the mercy of osiris. I am now 5-1 and my group will be going to the lighthouse without me. You definitely owe me because that is not right.

by saying try to fixing it you mean sending emblems with mail to us or just try again and it will not happen again although your slot is full cause i don't try again next week.Maybe its not impossible to do it again but i don't want to be stressed to get 9-0 again

I have only received the emblem or shader once. I got them on the same chest and on my 5 characters since, I have received neither of those items at all.

I grind hard for hours and trusted the game play was like crota or vog and my items would go to the postmaster. I take this very seriously and if you can help me with this issue id appreciate it alot. Ppl that play destiny are not getting the message about the glitch until it happens and thats because we are going to bungie.net for help only to find a message that tells us not to play anymore like the game was designed or basically dont trust the game that we've created. Thats what i got from that. Its too easy to create a download so that the winners from this week can go back to the chest and reopen to get what suppose to go to the post master. This is how you all designed this game to work and i hope you all can atleast team up, respond to the ppl and make it right. And its still an awesome game but if it has a serious glitch like this its cheating ppl out of their money and someone can make a good argument for a lawsuit.

I have just lost 2 emblems because my inventory was full, legendary one from the last round of ToO and another from Lighthouse's chest... So sad... PLEASE Bungie, fix it...

1 ReplyWow. The Trials of Osiris has become a cruel joke. The only thing that matters now is not skill, but who can DDOS and lagswitch more effectively. I tried from Friday until now, and every one or two games, a team of lagswitchers go against my team and one of two things occur: Either my team or myself lags out of the match into orbit with various codes such as: weasel, bee or firefly, or we won't be able to win against the opposition because they are indestructible due to the poor connections they've brought upon us. It's impossible to do anything remotely close to a flawless run, let alone at least eight wins for the gold tier package. Developers of bungie, many guardians have bought both of your DLC packages, and they have been disappointed, profusely, by the mediocrity that are these new DLCs. We are using valuable time on a game that we know has the potential to be amazing, but when you release these plagues of glitches you call a DLC, then your proving to us that you've shown your community that you care in the least ways imaginable. You need to fix this game. It's not fair to all of us who have spent so much time, and hard earned money, to be severely disappointed and even regretful, for wasting our time on this mess. Fix your game, support it, or we will no longer support you for these horrible releases on what should have been a perfect title.

WOW thanks bungie I had a damn mercy and the game decided to lag me out of ToO and it didn't use my mercy and now I have a damn loss thanks for making it not use my -blam!-ing mercy people lag to they don't leave purposely

Yea, didn't get mine on my titan after quite a few hours trying to beat Skolas and using a key on the chest. Last week I didn't have a key when I beat it with my titan, so I didn't get anything. Does that have something to do with it?

We faced a team with red connection and as we spawned in for the match the match ended immediately without a round fired and it was scored a tie with a point for them and none for us! Then later we get salamader error! Fix this it makes trials a big joke. Edit: My team was green bars. If you are wondering I get fios fiber optic connection so Im tired of people with poor connections being matched with me I thought you said this would not occur
