[BUNGIE] Trials of Osiris & Prison of Elders Info
Greetings all -- We've seen reports of players expressing concerns with certain aspects of Trials of Osiris and the Prison of Elders. [b]If you're having issues or have any questions, please refer to the information below.[/b]
-[url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Support/Troubleshoot][b][u]Trials of Osiris & Prison of Elders FAQ[/u][/b][/url]: Have some general Trials of Osiris or Prison of Elders questions? This is the place to start.
-[b][u]Trials of Osiris Emblem[/u][/b]: We are aware of emblems not making it to the Postmaster. Be sure to leave at least one emblem slot vacant. Thank you for your patience while we investigate. Note, you are eligible to earn this emblem again following the weekly reset.
-[u][b]Mercy of Osiris[/b][/u]: If Mercy of Osiris is purchased after you've already received a loss, the buff will be applied to your next loss. If Mercy is purchased after receiving your second loss, your next loss will be forgiven, but your Trials Passage will be marked as complete and need to be turned in for a new one. We are aware of this issue and currently investigating.
-[b][u]Prison of Elders Class Item[/u][/b]: This is awarded the first time you loot the large chest on any Challenge difficulty.
-[b][u]Prison of Elders Emblem + Shader[/u][/b]: One of these should be awarded each time you loot the large chest on the level 35 Challenge mode. This is on a weekly reset. You will be eligible for the other item the following week. We are aware of players not receiving these items and are currently investigating.

I disconnected at round 7 and the boon didn't work, gave me a defeat on my scorecard. It wasn't my fault and caused me to fail my flawless run, not making it to the Lighthouse. I was cheated out of my rewards. I would like to be sent there, and so would the others that this had happened too.

3 RepliesIt is complete bull shit that you have to have a key to open the large chest to get what you have earned, the ship, shader, and emblem at the PoE 35 arena. Just when you think the loot system couldn't get any worse, Bungie prevails. #BungiefortheFAIL

Something odd happened to me and my fireteam while playing Trials of Osiris Sunday evening. I purchased a fresh card and 2 boons (Favor of Osiris and Mercy of Osiris). We lost our first game and for some reason it counted as 2 losses instead of 1 for all of us. I'm not the best at PvP so it's a bit disheartening to play ToO because of the glitches and really bad lag...

2 RepliesPlease send us our ToO emblems. I got a wife and kids. I can't do this anytime I want. I have very limited time. I am a disabled veteran that has meetings to attend and doctor appointments, and my family to attend to. You can see I have the Grimoir card and the adept weapon on my 34 titan

2 RepliesI understand there was problems with getting rewards so I waited until the weekly reset to do the level 35 and to my surprise I didn't receive the ship, shader or emblem from the large chest. Nothing to show for putting in work and it's annoying.

I spent money on this game to have fun, not problems. Please postmaster me another coin with 4 wins and 2 loses. This is emotional distress, I will take it to court if I have 2.

1 ReplyI've beaten Skolas this week (arc burn) with my Warlock for the first time and didn't get a shader, ship nor emblem from the Queen's chest. I did kill him last week with my Titan and received all that stuff. Is this a glitch or something like that? Fix this!

So I finally was ready to give Destiny another try after getting frustrated with the buggy, RNG based mess of a game it was in vanilla. After the Crota content came out, I happily logged in to try things out only to be met with the message "Hey! You know all those exotics you worked so hard to level up? DO IT AGAIN. Oh and the gear you got from Vault of Glass? it's better now, go get it for a second time." I saw that and promptly quit the game. I wasn't going to level up all my stuff, go get all my gear over again, and possibly have to level up my exotics again the next time new content dropped. And now we're here. I jumped back on, reading threads that say that 'Destiny is fixed, praise the sun!'. Excited, I re-enter the game head first. I see the end game content includes Trials of Osiris. I look up the best ways of going about it, I'm level 33 with no relevent weapons outside of the vex, but thats ok, I'm not half bad, i'll give it a whirl. I get to 3-0. I'm doing OK. I then get dropped into 2 matches that involve 3 level 34 players, all with the exotic pvp emblem and decked out thorns/hawkmoons and get my ass stomped in twice in a row. That's ok. I Go and Purchase my Mercy so if I happen to lose, I'll still be in for another chance. I get one win. I'm 4-2 with boon and mercy. If I win, I'm garenteed to be level 34 and be on a mostly even playing field to gun for 9-0 next time. We get stomped. That's ok, we were out classed and outplayed, and we had mercy which only cost three passage coins. We try to re-enter... NOPE IT'S BUGGED. I find my way here, and read about all the crap that's going on. This game hasn't changed, it's still a buggy mess, and Bungie doesn't care. How could the creators of the Halo franchise create such a steaming pile of consistently buggy crap? I won't be buying Destiny 2, or any expansions from here on. I'm salty.

20 RepliesThanks for the explanation on the emblems. I think awarding it to those that have the Grimore card is the fair way to solve this. Let's be clear though. I earned my emblems. It won't be nearly as exclusive next week and I'm not guaranteed to get it or may not have the time. I understand weird glitches like this pop up with new content but you need to systematically award ToO emblems to those that earned it as soon as possible.

Completed 35 PoE and didn't get ship, shader or emblem from the large chest. Had free slots and nothing in post master. First completion on 35 this week.

I have encountered a bug on Destiny that made me reset my entire Trials of Osiris even though I had the Mercy of Osiris ready. For some reason, both the mercy and the boon of Osiris disappeared from my character after that loss and it still got my trials to be completed. I tried my very best to get 6 wins and in the end all my progression got reset back to the beginning. I was hoping to visit Mercury for the first time after 5 wins in a row but then everything went up in flames. I hope this bug can be fixed as soon as possible because I don't want anybody else to feel what I am feeling at the moment..

So I'm a bit confused about how people are cheating in Trials of Osiris? Because I have no idea if people are doing this to me and if the people I play with are doing it. Cause I don't want to be banned and lose everything by association for not knowing and to report people who are.
