Still no shader or emblem after the first week. Only got it on my warlock. Nothing for titan or hunter.

Hey Bungie...its KiDDx0x again :) I've used your help line once before and was helped immediately by one of the mentors, who did an outstanding job of answering all my questions and concerns about heavy ammo glitches. I just completed a Trials of Osiris passage card @ (roughly 11:38pm central time) My team members RenownedZ3ro & 11 PhaLanX 11 went 8-0 successfully and fairly quickly. When we arrived to the 9th match in order to get the undefeated win to go to mercury, however my team member 11PhaLanx 11 lagged out immediately at the start of the match. I understand you guys (Bungie) are cracking down on odd situation happening in the "Trials of Osiris" events and am happy to say I'm relieved by your efforts to review the cases. I'm not entirely sure how long it's been since we started trials, if I had to guess I'd say 2-3 hours prior to our completion time. I don't know if there's any reversal or forgiveness for any lagging out situations...I was just bummed to see that all my hard work has gone to waste. I didn't buy any of the boons or mercy tokens due to the fact that I did not have enough passage coins. But I was extremely confident in my team and was more than sure that we were going to make it to the 9-0 wins. If you could please review and log my case. Also I know you guys have many different ways of handling the situations, but I just wanted to input one of my ideas that I'm sure you guys have already thought up. I'm not sure how the game works but if you can I suggest that when people log out that there's some type of automatic forgiveness during the "Trials of Osiris" event. Lol...I know nothing about coding but I think that would be a great addition to the game if at all possible. Also I just wanted to say that the "House of Wolves" expansion has been an outstanding addition to destiny, keep up the great work. I didn't have any of the emblem/shader/ship on my titan yesterday when I beat Skolas for the first time this week... Did not get the ship/shader/emblem. So, either this hasn't been fixed with the latest patch or it's still not on weekly reset... I'm told other people are getting the drop.

Dear Bungie: I understand that everyone will be eligible to earn the ToS emblem again next week. However, please note that as you may already see from other people's comments, completing ToS flawlessly is not a very easy task and not everyone may have time or opportunity to repeat this again in the near future. For example, I was able to complete this passage flawlessly during the first week because it also happened to be the Memorial Holiday weekend, and I had extra time to do this. It is very-very disappointing that I was not awarded my hard-earned emblem. As such, if it is technically possible, please determine a way to award this emblem to whoever has the Lighthouse grimoire card, which seems like a pretty good idea to identify players who completed ToS flawlessly. Please consider this issue very seriously. Thank you in advance. On another note, regarding the level 35 PoE challenge mode, it seems to logically make sense that the best reward should come from the largest chest. However, after beating PoE on level 28, 32, and 34, I personally started seeing a pattern whereby it seemed like you can only get the queen weapons from that chest. As such, when my friend and I decided to complete PoE on level 35 we decided not to farm the Treasure Keys and just defeat Skolas to get our rewards like we would normally get for defeating Atheon or Crota. Only after defeating Skolas, and obtaining the "Skolas: Defeated" grimoire card, we realized that we should have brought that key. Please note that we normally would go ahead and farm that key; however, it was also a very-very time-consuming task to farm the Treasure Keys. I even lost one key because the chests that you open after defeating Packs of Wolves are overloaded with blue engrams that fill up your Postmaster really quickly. As such, if you could consider awarding the emblem, the ship, and the shader to whoever has the "Skolas: Defeated" grimoire card, I am sure all of the Destiny community would really appreciate it. We are your customers and fans after all, so please be a little kinder to us. Finally, just as an idea, if it is difficult to determine the people who have the Lighthouse and Skolas: Defeated cards but did not receive the appropriate rewards, just give it to everyone who has these grimoire cards. I am pretty sure, the people who will end up having duplicates, will just delete them anyway, and if they don't , it's probably better to keep all of your fans happy than only some happy and some very frustrated. GIVE US OUR EMBLEM

I went into the PoE beat it on 34. Apparently I got the elder cipher but it didn't pop up (my bounty slots were full), so When I went to the reef the judgement guy wanted to talk to me and I could choose between the weapons but couldn't actually continue on it. Also I don't have the actual bounty in my inventory. So do I have it or not ??

Bungle, I just completed my first 9-0 trials run and lost both the legendary emblem from a mission rewarding on my 9th game and the exotic emblem from the large chest on Mercury. I would think there has to be a way you can tell who received what rewards and at the very least who's been granted access to mercury and give us the rewards we are due. I want my rewards now, I shouldn't have to earn them again, please put them in my mail. I may even have a screen shot of my rewards. Please help
