Are you sure that you've already purchased the DLC? My wife was having the same issue last night, and when I looked back, we had never had our card charged for HOW... Once we resubmitted it, the charge showed up and we were good to go. Maybe that's not it, but what you are describing is exactly what we were seeing on her account.

Yep yep, that was the problem. For some reason it says I don't have the expansion HOW. I'm gonna have to get is again. Hope it doesn't charge me twice. Thank you so very much.

That might be it, I'll have to redownload it to check if that is the problem.

Just go into the Xbox store and click on HOW. It should tell you whether it shows you having already purchased the DLC or not.
